Shipping policy

We ship across Canada with tracked shipping.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after that, depending on where you are. Your tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel is moving.

These are typical times, not guarantees. Customs, weather and carrier backlogs occasionally add days, and we would rather tell you that up front than pretend otherwise.

Shipping cost

Tracked shipping is a flat $4.95. Orders of $50 or more ship free.

If something goes wrong

If your tracking hasn't moved in 10 business days, or the parcel arrives damaged, email us at hello@tryquilo.com. We'll replace it or refund you — your choice.
