These terms cover your use of this website and any order you place through it.

Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation email. If we can't fulfil an order — an item is unavailable, or a price was listed in error — we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and may change. Taxes and duties, where they apply, are your responsibility unless stated at checkout.

Product use

Quilo Silvervine Sticks are a cat chew toy for supervised play. They are not food, not a supplement, and not a veterinary treatment. Supervise your cat, retire a stick once it's heavily frayed, and consult a veterinarian about your cat's dental or general health.

What we don't promise

Cats are individuals. About four out of five respond to silvervine, which means some don't — that's what the 90-day guarantee is for. We make no claim that this product prevents, treats or cures any condition.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability we cannot legally limit.

Intellectual property

The Quilo name, text, and illustrations on this site are ours. Please don't republish them as your own.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest still stands.
