Details & materials
Four ingredients, all of them plants. A core of silvervine wood — Actinidia polygama, known in Japan as matatabi — with gall fruit, a sisal wrap for bite resistance, and raffia tassels for the crinkle. Hand-tied, untreated, no coatings or additives.

How to use
Offer one stick per cat for supervised play — a few sessions a week, or short daily ones. Most cats engage for five to fifteen minutes, then lose interest and come back later; that's normal. Rotate in a fresh stick when the current one is heavily frayed. Suitable for cats about 6 months and up; younger kittens often don't respond yet.
